Perform preventive maintenance on automated guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and associated automation systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on AGVs, AMRs, and industrial automation equipment including motors, drives, sensors, and control components;
Carry out corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, replacing or repairing faulty components and restoring equipment to proper operating condition;
Program, configure, and adjust PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens S7/TIA Portal) and HMI systems to support system operation, optimization, and upgrades;
Perform electrical troubleshooting on automation equipment, including PLC-based control systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives
