Job Overview

Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Concrete Worker you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces on various construction projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in concrete work and possess a strong work ethic.

• Prepare the site for concrete placement by laying out forms, excavating, and grading.
• Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into designated areas.
• Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools.
• Apply finishing techniques such as brushing, troweling, or stamping to create desired texture.
• Monitor curing process and make adjustments as necessary.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Salary: $1700 per month. Full‑time position with visa sponsorship available for Pakistani or Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English. Women with experience in concrete work are encouraged to apply.
