Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Bonus: Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 plus performance incentives

• Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
• Coordinate and complete installation projects on schedule
• Prepare material lists and assist with project planning
• Estimate job timelines and material requirements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
• Follow safety standards and industry best practices
• Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation methods
• Possess industry-specific tools
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform installation-related duties
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
