Rig equipment and organize tools per event requirements and safety standards;
Establish hang-points, connect hoists and attachments to rigging points, dress cables, and ensure safety of flown elements;
Maintain safety observations and escalate hazards during events;
Review advanced rigging plans with Rigging Coordinator/Lead and assist coordination with other trades to execute show plots;
Perform ongoing visual inspection of rigging hardware and report issues to supervisor
