Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position performs skilled work involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems while supporting production and maintaining compliance with company safety standards.
The Maintenance Technician is a self-sufficient, solutions-oriented professional capable of troubleshooting equipment failures, completing repairs, documenting work performed, and responding to maintenance requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position also supports continuous improvement initiatives, facility projects, and preventive maintenance programs while helping maintain a safe, clean, and operational facility.
