Facade Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior facades of buildings, inspecting, cleaning, and repairing damages or defects on surfaces such as walls, windows, and roofs.

• Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damages or defects.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on exterior surfaces to prevent deterioration.
• Repair any cracks, leaks, or other damages on building facades using appropriate materials and tools.
• Install new facade materials as needed following safety protocols and building codes.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and report any major issues to management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure proper use of equipment at all times.

• Previous experience in facade maintenance or related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
• Basic understanding of construction materials and repair techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Full‑time position with a salary of $1,700 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non‑local candidates.
