We are hiring a skilled Glazier to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Contract Glazier you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures including buildings and vehicles. You will work on a contract basis completing projects as assigned by our company.
Responsibilities- Measure and cut glass to fit specific measurements and shapes.
- Install glass in windows, doors, skylights and other structures.
- Repair or replace damaged or broken glass.
- Fabricate aluminum frames and other materials for installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine project requirements.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times while working with glass and tools.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality service.
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass including tempered and laminated glass.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent measurement skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and working on ladders or scaffolding.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
This is an ideal job opportunity for a skilled Glazier looking for contract work in Los Angeles. We offer competitive pay of 1300$ per project. This is a contract job without accommodation provided.
