You will take complete on-site ownership of the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and advanced repair of commercial mechanical networks:

• System Diagnostics & Repair:
  Investigate, isolate, and repair structural mechanical issues across complex commercial plumbing systems, institutional fixtures, high-pressure water lines, and multi-tier valves.
• Sewer & Piping Overhauls:
  Execute precision service, heavy drain clearing, mainline jetting, structural repiping, and emergency repairs on commercial sewer grids and industrial piping infrastructure.
• Client Communication:
  Translate intricate mechanical findings and technical repair recommendations clearly and professionally into actionable solutions for corporate property managers and facility engineers.
• Route Efficiency Control:
  Independently manage and execute daily commercial service calls, ensuring peak field productivity and pristine digital service documentation.
• Asset Stewardship:
  Maintain total operational readiness of a fully equipped company service truck, keeping tools organized, parts fully stocked, and electronics securely logged.
• Safety Compliance Enforcer:
  Uphold and execute strict site safety protocols, ensuring all trenching, confined space entries, and mechanical workflows strictly comply with Cal/OSHA regulations.

• Trade Foundation:
  Proven, extensive professional experience specializing directly in commercial or industrial plumbing service environments.
• Diagnostic Command:
  Elite technical capability to independently troubleshoot and isolate structural, systemic plumbing failures on-site.
• Safety Credentialing:
  An active OSHA 10 Certification is strictly required.
• Licensure: A valid California Class C Driver's License paired with a clean, insurable driving record to operate company fleet assets.
