Perform on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and testing of equipment daily;
Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions;
Repair all floor and carpet care equipment sold by the company, as well as other makes and models when applicable;
Complete and submit detailed service reports daily;
Coordinate with Service Center Manager and Coordinator for scheduling service appointments
