Maintain and repair central plant equipment including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, vane axial fans; overhaul of centrifugal chillers a plus;
On-call emergency service availability through normal rotation;
End-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning;
Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties for chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment;
Perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all related equipment
