We are looking for a skilled Fabric Panel Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for the professional installation of commercial fabric wall panels, acoustic panels, and other fabric-covered architectural systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, comfortable working from drawings and measurements, and takes pride in producing clean, precise finished work.
Direct fabric panel installation experience is preferred, but candidates with transferable experience in finish carpentry, upholstery, trade show exhibits, millwork, commercial interiors, acoustic installations, signage, or other specialty installation work are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Install commercial fabric wall panels, acoustic panels, and other fabric-covered systems according to project specifications and drawings.
  • Measure, lay out, cut, stretch, fit, and securely attach fabric panels to walls, frames, and other surfaces.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, elevations, measurements, and installation instructions.
  • Perform accurate layouts to ensure panels are properly aligned, level, and evenly spaced.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other installation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare surfaces and installation areas as needed prior to installation.
  • Make field adjustments and modifications to ensure proper fit and finished appearance.
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure panels are straight, securely attached, properly fitted, and free of wrinkles, damage, or visible defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all project safety requirements and company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other installers, foremen, general contractors, and project personnel.
  • Protect finished surfaces and surrounding areas during installation.
  • Previous experience in specialty installation, construction, fabrication, or a related trade.
  • Fabric panel, acoustic panel, upholstery, or architectural wall system experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to measure accurately and work with precision.
  • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, or detailed installation instructions.
  • Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work from measurements and complete layouts accurately.
  • Comfortable working from ladders and lifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver installation materials as required.
Transferable Experience We Consider

Candidates may be a strong fit even without direct fabric panel installation experience if they have experience with:
