Job Title: Renewable Energy Electrician (Immediate Opening) For Solar + Battery Installations, Tesla PW3, Enphase, Sol-Ark
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site), Travel to installation sites
OverviewWe are a mission-driven solar company specializing in high-end residential and small commercial installations in the Los Angeles area. We are hiring an experienced Renewable Energy Electrician with direct Tesla Powerwall installation expertise. Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV and Tesla PW3 battery systems
- Review and optimize system layouts and electrical plans
- Perform code-compliant electrical wiring, grounding, and commissioning
- Lead a team of 2–4 crew members on job sites
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and other trades to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain documentation for installations, inspections, and service visits
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on solar installation experience (required)
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience as a journeyman or apprentice (required)
- Experience installing and commissioning Tesla Powerwalls (required)
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and solar integration
- Familiarity with the NEC and ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Must speak and write English fluently
- Enphase, and Sol‑Ark Battery Installation Certification
- NABCEP Certification
- Electrical Trainee Certification
- C-10 Electrical Contractor License
- OSHA 10/30 and CPR training

$75,000 – $95,000 annually
