Maintenance Technician

Avenue5 Residential -  - Responsibilities:
Address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed by supervision;
Perform general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more;
Maintain the work order system ensuring timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Assist with property emergencies (e.g., snow events, fires, floods) and communicate with maintenance leadership about issues;
Observe and promote safety and risk management per local, state, and company policies; participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance as required;
Promote customer satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal; interact professionally with residents and stakeholders;
Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties/agency partners; maintain professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy
