Force Building Services is seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers to join their elite field team. This full-time role offers steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to travel to top-tier commercial sites across the U.S. Candidates will be based in Southern California and must be motivated professionals who take pride in quality work. The ideal candidate is licensed, reliable, and ready to work independently while representing a respected company.

• Wage: $32 - $38 per hour
• $60/day Per Diem (including travel days)
• Company-paid hotels, airfare, and transportation
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Strong background in commercial plumbing
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally on-site
• Substantial hands-on plumbing experience (installation, repair, troubleshooting, piping, fixtures, drains, water systems, etc.)
• Employment history that can be independently verified
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
• Ability to work in confined spaces or variable weather
