As a Lead HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as a technical authority, diagnosing complex climate control issues and delivering high-impact solutions for residential and commercial clients. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system efficiency while mentoring junior staff and driving service excellence across our client base.

Responsibilities- Execute advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on diverse HVAC/R systems to restore optimal performance.
- Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and precision repairs to extend equipment lifespan and reliability.
- Consult with clients to provide expert recommendations on system upgrades, directly impacting service revenue.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to support the professional development of junior team members.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and system configurations with high attention to detail.
- Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and evolving safety regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance.
- Deep technical proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical controls, and mechanical components.
- Proven ability to manage complex service calls independently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- NATE certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within a service-oriented environment.
