Based in Los Angeles, CA 90034, youll be the face of reliable climate control for homes and small businesses. Picture your day: you review the mornings work orders, stock your service vehicle, and head to the first site where a clients AC unit is struggling in the midday heat. You greet the customer, explain what youll be checking, diagnose the issue, and get right to work always with safety front and center.

Before you leave, you document your work in detail, discuss maintenance tips, and make sure comfort is restored.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to determine the most effective repair approach.
• Install new HVAC systems and components in alignment with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication about needs and solutions.
• Maintain precise records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to elevate service quality.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements while working in both residential and commercial environments.

• Technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for excellent client interactions.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
