Pay: $60/hr starting, $70/hr for experienced leads (+$5/hr if based in El Paso, TX or Titusville, FL)
Schedule: 8 on / 6 off rotation, or Monday–Friday for El Paso/Titusville residents
Home base: Live in any of 34 major U.S. airport cities – we fly you to the work

You'll keep a large Learjet 60 fleet flying for a well-established Part 135 executive jet charter operator with 35+ years in business – and you can do it from home base in one of 34 cities across the country.
- Top-tier pay: $60/hr to start, $70/hr for leads, plus overtime readily available

- Perform line and heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on Learjet 60 aircraft
- Complete all work according to manufacturer manuals and FAA-accepted or approved data
- Follow applicable FARs, company procedures (GPM), and the FAA-approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program
- Read and interpret aircraft technical manuals and electrical drawings
- Move aircraft in the hangar and on the ramp, including tow-tractor operation
- Join weekly maintenance meetings to review project progress and resolve phase inspection, service, and repair issues with the Director of Maintenance
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
Expect 10–12 hour days in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring Required- FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
- 6+ years of experience meeting 14 CFR Part 65.83 requirements
- Experience with Learjet airframes and Pratt & Whitney PW305A engines
- Strong troubleshooting skills
