We're investing in our people, technology, Service Titan, training, vehicles, marketing, and operations—and we're looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are hungry to grow with us.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow and mechanical issues
Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits and controls
Perform maintenance and system tune-ups
Provide customers with clear repair options and recommendations
Identify legitimate system replacement and upgrade opportunities
Present repair estimates and options using Service Titan
Educate customers about memberships, IAQ products and financing
Maintain accurate invoices, photos, equipment information and job notes
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
Participate in scheduled after-hours/weekend coverage as needed

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in technicians who are motivated by growth.

You should have:

3+ years of HVAC service/repair experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
EPA Section 608 certification preferred/required as applicable
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Service Titan experience is a major plus
