Irrigation & Landscape Laborer

Looking for experienced Irrigation/Landscape laborer to join our team. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 4 years Irrigation/Landscape experience. Reliable transportation and basic tools are required. Must be a team player whom works efficiently and effectively.

• Irrigation/Landscape Laborer: installs, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial irrigation systems and landscapes.

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial irrigation systems, including mainlines, laterals, valves, backflow devices, drip, and spray/rotor heads
• Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers, including smart and central-control systems
• Diagnose and repair leaks, broken lines, valve failures, and wiring problems
• Install plants, trees, sod, hardscape edging, mulch, and soil amendments to plan specifications
• Grade and prep sites, and trench for irrigation and drainage
• Read and work from landscape and irrigation plans
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and power tools safely
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional

• At least 4 years of commercial irrigation and/or landscape experience (residential-only experience is not a match for this role)
• Working knowledge of irrigation components, hydraulics, and low-voltage wiring
• Able to read site plans and follow specifications
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and do physically demanding work for long periods
• Reliable, safety-minded, and a good team player
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

• Experience with equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, or mini excavators
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
