HVAC Senior Service Technician — Canoga Park, CA
$32–$55/hr base + commission | Tassio Temperature Control

What You'll Do- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, identifying issues and delivering effective solutions both residential and commercial.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers about their HVAC needs and service options — and earn commission for the solutions you recommend
- Mentor and train junior technicians as a senior voice on the team, with a path toward a Lead Tech role
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification
- NATE certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid California driver's license per company policy
- EPA certification a plus
- $32–$45/hr base plus earned commission — top performers take home significantly more
