Your Role: Family Support Advocate - Strong Communities

Pay: $24/hour

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field OR 1-3 years' hands-on experience supporting children and families in crisis situations
• Understanding of child development, community resources, and system navigation
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, multilingual, and socioeconomically diverse communities
• Strong organizational skills with precise documentation and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid CA Class C driver's license

• Conducting assessments and creating individualized service plans
