The role involves direct case management, developing housing stabilization plans, and facilitating access to various support services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, and preferably bilingual skills in Spanish.
This position demands flexibility, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
