The Los Angeles LGBT Center is seeking a Youth Care Specialist I to provide supportive services for youth experiencing homelessness at the AMR Campus in Los Angeles. This full-time role combines crisis intervention, housing navigation, case management, and engagement activities within an LGBTQ+ affirming environment.
You will conduct intake, assessments, and develop housing stability plans, coordinating with providers to help youth access education, employment prep, and essential needs.
