Work Environment & Physical Demands
Our team works directly on the front lines of crisis intervention. Candidates should be comfortable walking, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, and navigating a dynamic environment.
Because we serve families experiencing acute crises, you may encounter individuals dealing with illness, substance use challenges, or high-stress trauma. A successful candidate will possess strong boundaries, emotional resilience, and a commitment to safety and de-escalation.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
