This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in the community, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help veterans achieve independence.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate transportation for veterans to U.S. VETS sites and program events
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely collection of required paperwork for client files
  • Produce weekly reports of veterans encountered by the outreach team
  • Assist with communication of upcoming projects and special events sponsored by the outreach team
  • Attend weekly outreach meetings and participate in team activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Program-Specific Duties

  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and community partners

Qualifications
