The Village Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Youth Outreach Specialist in Los Angeles to conduct street-based outreach for homeless youth, link clients to housing options with CES, and track referrals and outcomes under YHDP and related contracts.
You will report to the Housing Department, collaborate with LAHSA partners, and support KPI achievement while engaging with diverse communities in the area.
