Ability First is seeking a full-time Community Coach I in Los Angeles, CA. You will support participants with developmental disabilities through structured programming, maintain safety, and document progress. You will help with personal care, activities, and community participation.
The role requires strong communication, adherence to PCP goals, and ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends. A valid driver’s license is preferred and driving may be required.
