Community Action Partnership of Kern is seeking a Housing Navigator to support the Coordinated Entry System in Mojave, CA. Under the supervision of the East Kern Program Manager, you will identify unsheltered homeless and link them to benefits, housing and social services.
You will administer assessment tools, facilitate referrals, and enter data into HMIS/CRM as part of the Bakersfield-Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative.
