Direct Support Professional; Bhatia Family Village - Part Time

Direct Support Professional (DSP) And / Or Independent Living Services (ILS) Support Staff

ETTA (non-profit / Human Services) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and / or Independent Living Services (ILS) Staff for our adult Village Residents (with Intellectual and Developmental Disability).

Location:

Bhatia Family Village Pico-Robertson Area / West L.A. (free parking)

Support Village Resident/s with some or all of the following independent living goals and skills, including maintaining a clean apartment, cooking, participating in social activities, looking for volunteer or paid work, etc. Staff must have their own insured vehicle and be able to drive client within the surrounding community.

Available Schedules:
Select the schedule below that is the best fit for your availability. Some schedules can be combined to increase your weekly hours (optional)

Schedule 1:
Mondays
- Fridays 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Note:

Female staff (for religious reasons)

Schedule 2:
Mondays
- Fridays 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Note:

Female staff (for religious reasons)

Schedule 3:
Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Note:

Female staff (for religious reasons)

Schedule 4:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Schedule 5:
Mondays
- Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Schedule 6:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 or 4:00 p.m.

Schedule 7:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Schedule 8:
Three Days a Week (weekdays / TBD) 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (somewhat flexible start and end times, if needed)

Schedule 9:
Mondays
- Fridays 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Must have some professional or personal experience assisting or supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other special needs

• Must be a licensed driver (for a minimum of three years)

• Must have an insured vehicle (with your name listed as an authorized driver)

• Must be willing to drive adult client on a daily basis in the Pico-Robertson Area and surrounding community

• We are seeking staff who is friendly, genuine, caring, motivated, reliable and has their heart in the right place

Paid Training is provided in person at ETTA headquarters in North Hollywood. You must be available weekdays / daytime hours for approximately 3-6 days of training at our offices in North Hollywood.
