About the RolesThey’re hiring two engineers to join early and build the core platform:
Lead Software Engineer – Full ownership of the architecture, dev practices, and initial systems (ERP/MES, customer portal, live machine data).
Mid-Level Software Engineer – Work across the same stack, help ship v1 of mission-critical software, and grow with the team as they scale.
Stack:
Python, FastAPI, Postgre
SQL, Type Script, React, Remix, AWS. It’s API-heavy and infrastructure-minded, with some frontend work as well — but minimal consumer UX.
- Have experience shipping production software across backend and frontend
- Bias toward simplicity and first-principles thinking
- Are excited to work on-site with hardware engineers solving real-world problems
The roles are on-site in Los Angeles with competitive base comp + meaningful equity.
