We’re a forward-thinking company specializing in AI-driven solutions, including chatbots and voice AI agents. Our focus is on creating innovative, customized AI experiences that meet client needs while delivering exceptional results. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AI Prompt Developer & QA Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Prompt Development:
Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI chatbots and voice AI agents to align with client requirements. Ensure the prompts facilitate smooth, natural, and user-focused interactions. - AI Agent Development:
Build, configure, and refine AI agents. Tailor AI agents to meet specific customer use cases and ensure their functionality matches expectations. - Automation and Integration (Preferred):
Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) and other CRMs to support workflows. (Not required, but a plus.) Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of AI Agents where needed. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure AI agents meet client specifications and deliver high-quality results. Identify and resolve issues related to prompt performance, logic, or AI agent behavior.
- Required Experience:
Proven experience developing prompts for AI chatbots or voice AI agents. Hands‑on experience creating and configuring AI agents using AI Voice tools tools. Strong understanding of AI logic and behavior to develop highly effective conversational agents. - Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Familiarity with GHL, Zapier automations, or similar tools is a plus. Experience with project management tools like Asana is advantageous. - Other Requirements:
Comfortable in a non-client-facing, support-focused role. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Availability to work full-time in one of the designated time slots (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET).
