About The Position

We’re seeking a dedicated Software Developer who is passionate about building reliable, efficient, and user‑focused applications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and test software solutions that meet organizational needs while adhering to established standards in architecture design, development practices, and security. This role involves collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. Candidates should have strong knowledge of modern development platforms, software engineering methodologies, and database design principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development:
    Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that meets customer and organizational needs using C#, .Net, and Angular.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    Perform unit, integration, functional, and performance testing to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Application Support:
    Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting existing applications, resolving issues promptly.
  • Design & Prototyping:
    Develop prototypes, wireframes, and user flows that align with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor application performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions.
  • Documentation:
    Prepare technical documentation including design evaluations, test results, and manuals.
  • Collaboration:

    Work on cross‑functional teams to deliver software solutions and configure vendor‑provided applications when needed.

Selection Requirements
  • OPTION I: 4+ years’ experience in software development.
  • OPTION II:
    Associate’s degree
    * in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field AND 2+ years’ experience in software development.
  • OPTION III:
    Bachelor’s degree or higher
    * in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field AND 1+ years’ experience in software development.

Note:

Credit for experience is given based on a 40‑hour workweek. Part‑time experience is credited on a part‑time ratio (e.g., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience). Overtime does not count toward additional credit.
