Our client is seeking an AI Product Engineer who is passionate about transforming cutting‑edge advances in generative AI into real‑world, production‑ready solutions. Work model:
Onsite 3 days per week in Downtown Los Angeles.

• Design and prototype AI‑powered applications, copilots, and RAG‑based workflows using modern LLM APIs, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks
• Build and deploy full‑stack AI features, including retrieval logic, prompt pipelines, evaluation systems, and monitoring infrastructure
• Own the end‑to‑end AI lifecycle, from experimentation and data preparation through production deployment and performance optimization
• Evaluate emerging models, tools, and frameworks to identify high‑impact opportunities and rapidly implement viable solutions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs into scalable AI features with clear success metrics and measurable outcomes

• 8+ years of software engineering or machine learning experience, including 3+ years focused on LLMs, NLP, or applied AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience with LLM tooling such as Lang Chain/OpenAI SDKs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and vector databases
• Demonstrated success delivering production AI products or platforms used by real users
• Experience optimizing AI workflows for latency, cost, reliability, and performance, including experimentation and evaluation practices
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field preferred
