Sr. Full Stack Engineer; TSYS

A large financial services client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high‑performing team building a new U.S. consumer credit card platform for a top global financial services client. This initiative includes standing up a modern card origination ecosystem and integrating with TSYS, third‑party payment partners, and FICO for real‑time credit decisioning.

The platform will enable end‑to‑end card lifecycle capabilities—online application, decisioning, issuance, servicing, fraud management, and downstream operations—supported by secure, real‑time APIs and event‑driven integrations.

This role will own full‑stack development across the platform, including building APIs from scratch, developing webhook integrations, and supporting processor stand‑up and connectivity (TSYS). The engineer will contribute across card origination, decisioning workflows, servicing, statements, fraud, and data/analytics pipelines.

• Strong credit card / payments domain experience (issuer side preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with TSYS or similar card processors
• Expertise in .NET Core, Azure, REST APIs, and event‑driven integrations
• Experience building APIs/webhooks from scratch and integrating external partners
• Kubernetes, CI/CD, and end‑to‑end automation experience
• Ability to partner across business, product, and technical teams

This is a highly hands‑on role focused on solution design, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to lead complex, cross‑functional builds in a real‑time payments environment.

• 10+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong consumer credit card (issuer‑side) experience across full lifecycle (origination, decisioning, authorization, servicing, fraud)
• Proven experience building and supporting real‑time payment/transaction systems
• Hands‑on experience with TSYS or similar card processors (FIS/First Data), including integrations and processor connectivity
• Deep expertise in .NET Core, Azure, and API‑first development (REST APIs, webhooks, real‑time integrations)
• Experience with event‑driven architecture (Kafka or similar), Kubernetes, and CI/CD in high‑availability financial systems
