Engineering Manager; Python

Job Description

• Report directly to the Head of Engineering.
• Conduct one-on-ones with direct reports to discuss and align on goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation through coaching and mentoring team members.
• Lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Some hands‑on coding may be required depending on the team size managed.

• Have worked with Python and Django professionally.
• Be familiar with cloud technologies, like GCP or AWS.
• Be comfortable with programming in Type Script or JavaScript and be familiar with modern frameworks.

The base salary range for this position is $181,000 - $237,000 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate’s specific pay will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the candidate’s job‑related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
