Dev Ops & Developer Experience Internship

12 Week Program - June 8th - August 28th

This is a Production Engineering internship. You will work directly on CrewLAB’s live CI/CD infrastructure. Your goal is not to rebuild the system from scratch, but to make the existing pipeline cleaner, faster, and easier for our team to use.

Platform: Git Hub Actions.

Scripting: Bash, Dart.

Concepts: Caching strategies, Linting, Test Runners, CI/CD logic.

Leader & Athlete: You are a rower, runner, or swimmer who is a leader of your team.

Curious: You like figuring out how things work under the hood and can learn quickly.

Patient: You can read documentation and try things a few times to get them right.

Teammate Mindset: You get satisfaction from making tools that help your teammates, our other developers, work better.

Computer Science Background: Current student or recent grad in CS or Engineering. Ideal but not required.

Able to work hybrid in our Marina Del Rey office and remotely.

Mentorship from Aidan, CrewLAB’s CTO, an experienced professional in the start-up space.

A focused learning objective for three months to leave with marketable skills.

Small stipend pay with a bonus of the amount saved via optimization of our existing CI/CD Github Actions Bills.

Access to a pro Claude license.

Possibility for future projects and employment upon program completion.
