Data Collection Operator

Operate robots and capture high-quality training data at our Los Angeles facility.

COMPENSATION $55K - $75K + 0.01% - 0.05% EQUITY

You will be on the front lines of physical AI, operating robots and capturing the data that trains the next generation of intelligent machines. This is a hands‑on role at our LA data factory. You will work with cutting‑edge robot hardware, follow precise data collection protocols, and ensure every capture meets our quality standards.

• Operate various robot platforms following detailed collection protocols
• Perform human demonstrations for imitation learning datasets
• Set up and calibrate sensors, cameras, and recording equipment
• Conduct quality checks on captured datalee
• Maintain detailed logs of collection sessions
• Assist with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety protocols when working with robot equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available for full‑time on‑site work in Los Angeles

• Experience with robotics, drones, or technical equipment
• Background in film, gaming, or motion capture
• Technical certifications or coursework
• Bilingual English/Spanish
