As a Senior Software Engineer you will shape commercial and product strategy, focus on user needs, exercise sound commercial judgment and mentor teammates.

The Customer Success Technology engineering division ensures the best post‑purchase experiences for every ticket transaction. You will improve self‑service options, support agent communications and internal systems, contributing to innovation from start to finish.

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain impactful improvements across Stub Hub’s platforms and products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best coding practices.
• Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building mission‑critical systems in languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++.
• Strong understanding of how systems interact with production environments and dependencies.
• Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks and tools.
• Experience owning projects from inception to production.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

Salary: $200,000 – $275,000 per year plus equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave and comprehensive health benefits.
