Software Engineer, Backend Developer, AI Engineer (Applied​/Software)

We are seeking a hands‑on, AI‑savvy Software Engineer for a fast‑paced, scaling creator tech company. This role offers high ownership, growth potential and the opportunity to build systems from the ground up using the latest AI tools and technology.

• Lead the development of autonomous AI workflows and agentic systems using the latest AI tools.
• Serve as a core technical contributor, balancing systems design with active code delivery and architectural guidance.
• Drive the integration of ML models into production‑ready backend services and product features.
• Manage the scaling of high‑volume data pipelines and the foundational infrastructure supporting product expansion.

• 2‑4 years of full‑stack experience with a proven history of building and shipping products.
• Prior experience scaling a startup during a significant growth period.
• Core skills:
  Node.js, Type Script, Python, Serverless, React.
• Experience managing infrastructure using Docker, Postgres, and AWS (or a comparable cloud provider).
• Background in deploying production AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, vector databases and frameworks like Lang Chain or Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and event‑driven architecture using tools like SQS and Event Bridge.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight while remaining an active weekly code contributor.
