** Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities Technical Focus

+ Contribute to frontend development using React (~45%)

+ Build and maintain backend services and APIs (~40%)

+ Participate in architectural design, Dev Ops practices, and system planning (~15%)

Day-to-Day Activities

+ Majority hands-on development (approximately 70%)

+ Technical leadership and team support (15%)

+ Collaboration across engineering and cross-functional teams (15%)

Required Qualifications

+ 7+ years of professional software engineering experience

+ Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/Type Script

+ Solid backend development experience in  
** at least one
** of the following:
Golang, Node.js, or Java

+ Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems

+ Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering capacity

+ Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

+ Experience working within Agile development frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

+ Background in aviation, transportation, or other safety-critical industries

+ Experience building or supporting microservices and distributed systems

+ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

+

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes

+ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices

+ Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews
