Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / Next.js)

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and enhance modern digital platforms using Next.js, .NET Core, Azure, and related technologies.

We're partnering with an established organization undergoing a significant digital transformation and seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and modernize customer-facing web applications and digital platforms.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys owning solutions from architecture through deployment while collaborating closely with product, UX, QA, security, and operations teams.

What You'll Be Working On

Designing and developing modern web applications using Next.js and .NET Core
Building scalable microservices and REST APIs
Integrating headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or similar solutions
Creating and optimizing SQL data models and backend integrations
Contributing to cloud-native application development in Azure
Implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Sec Ops best practices
Working with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Building analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
Exploring AI-driven capabilities that improve personalization, automation, and user experience
Supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

10+ years of full-stack software development experience
Experience developing backend services with .NET Core
, microservices, and REST APIs
Solid SQL and database design experience
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and source control best practices
Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare
Experience with headless CMS platforms
Power BI and Microsoft Fabric experience
Accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization experience
