Gainsight–Salesforce integration expert who has architected and delivered complex, enterprise-grade programs, this is the role for you.

This a 6-12 month Contract Remote Role

• Complex field mapping across multi-system dependencies
• API-driven integrations & scalable ETL workflows
• Governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

• Deep, hands‑on experience with Gainsight data model + Salesforce schema
• Led at least 1–2 enterprise migrations (not just supported)
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, ETL pipelines, and integration patterns
• Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification (mandatory)
• Clear, executive‑level communication skills

• You’ve only done basic Gainsight admin work
• You haven’t owned integration architecture decisions

This is not a configuration role.

This is not a ticket‑closure role.

• You think in systems, not tickets
• You anticipate downstream impact before it happens
• You can walk into ambiguity and create structure

• 2–3 integrations you architected (scope + scale)
• Certification proof
• 1 min video eliciting how you are suitable for this role (A big Plus)
