• Experience in Guidewire Policy, Claims, and Billing Integration Development
  .
• Designed and modified existing workflows required for Billing Integration.
• Good knowledge of Web Services, XML, GxModel, Messaging, and Batch implementation
  .

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• Experience in Guidewire Integration Development
  .
• Knowledge of the P&C Insurance domain
  , including Policy, Claims, and Billing applications as per product requirements.
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability with Java or GOSU programming
  .
• Knowledge and hands-on experience working with J2EE Application Servers, XML/Web Services, RDBMS
  , and Guidewire platforms.
• Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center Integration Development experience.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing teams and executing the following areas:

• Designing, developing, modifying, and deploying software using object-oriented programming concepts, design standards, and best practices.
• Planning, designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and maintaining GOSU language application code within Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center.
• Working with middleware platforms such as Web Sphere ESB, Mule Soft, Web Methods
  , or similar integration platforms.
• Working with various data structures and platforms, ranging from legacy flat files to complex relational models.
• Resolving issues identified during testing of configuration requirements.
• Handling responsibilities for organizing code merges and environment management tasks.
• Performing minor and major Guidewire software upgrades.
• Implementing reusable integration modules, ensuring loose coupling and scalability across systems and components.
• Developing GUnit/JUnit tests for validating business logic.
• Designing and developing batch processes inside Guidewire Centers, as well as external batch processes that integrate with Guidewire systems.
• Designing and developing adapters, service APIs, and plugin components based on business requirements.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• Working with development teams using Agile methodology, source version control, and release management to deliver user stories and software solutions.
• Managing projects, programs, and teams of various sizes.
• Leading teams of developers and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams across different time zones.
• Architecting and creating solution designs and effectively presenting architecture options and estimates.
• Assisting in GOSU code reviews, code cleanups, and sprint demonstrations
  .
• Utilizing technical expertise in Java/GOSU to build and maintain integrations for multi-platform applications.
• Designing, developing, and deploying complex integrations using Guidewire software and multi-tier applications/systems
  .

• Guidewire Certifications in Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center (preferably in the Integration area).
