MHI Talent Solutions | Senior Net Suite Engineer
This pivotal position resides with one of our Talent Solutions client where we have established a strong partnership. The Senior Net Suite Engineer will drive solution design, manage development best practices, and serve as the subject matter expert across Finance, Operations, and Technology. This role requires deep expertise in Suite Script, Restlets, and Net Suite integration patterns, as well as the ability to lead technical projects end-to-end.

Key Qualifications/Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom scripts, workflows, and integrations within Net Suite.
- Build and optimize Suite Scripts, Restlets, Suite Talk APIs, and custom objects to extend Net Suite functionality.
- Serve as lead developer and code reviewer, ensuring scalable, well-documented, and secure solutions.
- Architect and maintain integrations between Net Suite and external systems including OMS, Shopify, 3PLs, and other external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and implement monitoring/alerting for proactive issue resolution.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and CX stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Net Suite solutions.
- Drive automation across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management processes.
- Provide expertise in Net Suite modules for accounting, order management, fulfillment, and reporting.
- Define and maintain technical roadmap for Net Suite customizations and upgrades.
- Establish coding standards, development lifecycle best practices, and change management processes.
- Lead evaluation of new Net Suite features and third‑party solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
- 6+ years of Net Suite development and administration experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/architect role.
- Deep expertise in Suite Script, Restlets, Suite Talk, Workflows, and Saved Searches.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory processes in Net Suite.
- Experience leading ERP integrations with e‑commerce, OMS, WMS, and payment systems.
- Hands‑on experience with integration platforms (Celigo) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ERP data structures, system performance optimization, and debugging.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to balance technical scalability and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical development projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across both technical (engineering/development) and functional (finance/ops) domains.
