-based) | Travel: ~3–4 client visits per month (1–2 days each)

Compensation: Base up to $160,000 | OTE $200,000 | Equity + Excellent Benefits (100% Medical for you and family)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of people, product, and technology. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role that blends technical depth with strong communication and project ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer deployments and integrations of computer vision systems
• Support presales and solution design with Sales and Architecture teams
• Work hands‑on with model training, data processing, and validation
• Write and customize Python/Colab notebooks for ML workflows
• Build trust with customers through clear communication and strong delivery
• Provide feedback to product and engineering to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills —
  communication first, tech second
• Proven experience deploying or implementing AI/ML or computer vision solutions
• Background in Python, OpenCV, Tensor Flow, or Py Torch
• Experience with PLC integration or data pipelines involving image/video processing
• Hands‑on experience with model training, validation, and deployment
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud or edge environments, and system integration workflows
• A versatile mindset — equally comfortable in presales discussions or field deployments
• Self‑starter attitude with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple client projects
• Willingness to travel for client visits (3–4 per month, typically short duration)
