We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is critical in driving the development and deployment of targeted machine learning solutions that directly impact business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Data Science and Machine Learning
, with hands‑on expertise in operationalizing models using modern AI frameworks and cloud‑native infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to leverage rich datasets and cutting‑edge AI tooling, ensuring scalable and production‑ready AI applications.

• Apply advanced Data Science techniques and Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance decision‑making processes.
• Design, build, evaluate, and continuously improve ML models tailored to specific business needs rather than large‑scale LLM deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop robust solution architectures.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor ML applications using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), ensuring high availability and scalability in cloud environments.
• Integrate AI capabilities leveraging frameworks such as Langchain or comparable orchestration tools to streamline AI workflows.
• Work closely with Dev Ops, software engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery, iteration, and maintenance of AI solutions.
• Utilize LLMs and generative AI via APIs from leading providers (
  OpenAI
  , Anthropic
  , Cohere
  ) to augment AI functionalities where appropriate.
• Maintain a balance between rapid prototyping and production‑grade quality standards, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Machine Learning fundamentals, model development, evaluation, and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with Langchain or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing ML models on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI technologies, including fine‑tuning and API integration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing fast‑paced innovation with production reliability.
