Head of Tech Recruitment - D33p Search - Central/East Coast America

We are currently partnered with a venture-backed start-up who are looking to disrupt the restaurant industry.

They want to hire a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve the infrastructure that will handle millions of automated calls per day
• Build and maintain internal systems: onboarding tools, invoicing systems, dashboards, integrations, etc.
• Ensure robust Dev Ops operations, observability, monitoring, and reliability
• Systems design, backend engineering, and production readiness

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on Dev Ops, cloud (AWS, etc.), and systems design experience
• Python preferred, but flexibility on languages
• Preferably U.S. top 30 undergrad background or equivalent experience
• Bonus: experience in startup environments and signs of craftsmanship (clean Git Hub, personal projects, etc.)
