• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 in a leadership role — but if you have been building extraordinary AI systems for 4 years and you can prove it, we want to talk
• A track record of building and deploying proprietary AI systems in production — not research prototypes, not capability demos, real systems that real users depend on
• Deep expertise across the modern AI stack: LLMs, fine‑tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, deployment, and cost optimization
• Experience with computer vision and/or audio ML is a strong plus — our production pipeline touches both
• MLOps fluency: model serving, evaluation pipelines, A/B testing frameworks, and cost management at scale
• The ability to roll out AI tools to non-technical teams quickly — you build for adoption, not for technical elegance
• Speed obsession: MVPs in weeks, not quarters. You ship, you learn, you iterate.
