We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer/Software Engineer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Pay Range: $80-90hr. on a W2 basis The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
