Software Engineering -Ads Measurement Experimentation

About the Role

The Ads Platform Engineering organization builds advertising systems and integrations that power the delivery of ads across Netflix’s global ecosystem. The Ads Measurement team creates systems that enable advertisers to quantify campaign outcomes using first‑party solutions. As part of this team, you will help build high‑performance advertising systems that respect subscriber experience while delivering impactful results to advertisers.

• Experience building end‑to‑end ads incrementality measurement systems supporting solutions such as brand lift and conversion lift.
• Experience with advanced A/B testing approaches and infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge of ad tech and the advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
• Developed many cloud‑based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object‑oriented).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

• Contributed to an ads industry technology standard (e.g., VAST, OpenRTB) or worked on an industry consortium effort or working group.
• Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world.
• Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of its unique constraints.
• Familiarity with clean rooms and industry‑leading privacy‑enhancing technology for multi‑party data sharing.

The compensation range for this role is $ – $ per year.
